Genealogy Section Up

I have created the basic layout for our Genealogy section, and uploaded the tree files. I still have a fair bit of work to do but the hardest part is behind me and i can now concentrate on creating the content.

Well I'm still at it, in the past week I have added several new pages to the website. We now have something to look at in the Palaeontology section rather than a "404" page. haha It will be a little while before I get my fossil collection online, the basic structure is there but I still need to do a lot of work cataloging and taking pictures. I'm also working behind the scenes on the Genealogy section, I haven't quite made up my mind which technology I should use to display the info. 
The tree is up!

Yesterday we decided since it was too cold and nasty to brave the open highway, that instead we would stay home and put up our Christmas Tree.

We ventured out into the wilds on the east end of town and found a nice little tree, strangely it had already been chopped down and wrapped up in mesh with a price tag on it.

A few hours (and a short nap) later and it was standing proudly in our living room.

Man you just have to love those trips to the wilderness ;)
